All new clients for any colouring must do a patch test 48hrs before the appointment.

 A deposit of 10% is required for every appointment to secure the time and date. 

For any appointment cancelled in less than 24hr before the stipulated time, the deposit is not refundable. 

Payment by bank transfer or cash is acceptable.

If you are late for 30 min, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded
